  • The A-Z of Hotel Kitchens

At Al Halabi we have over 60 years of experience in the design, supply, installation and maintenance of commercial kitchens in hotels, working closely with countless clients throughout the UAE to create working environments that maximise efficiency.

Whether you are interested in a new and complete bespoke kitchen or perhaps just altering a single section that you feel is not performing as well as it should do, at Al Halabi we go out of our way to understand your specific requirements and the problems that need to be overcome. We look at cuisines you need to produce, budget, available kitchen space, and any other special requirements, with our design concepts being carried out as per your instructions and in accordance with the valid regulations covering hygiene and health & safety.

With our portfolio of successfully completed projects taking in everything from small establishments through to world-famous seven-star hotels such as the Burj Al Arab and Emirate Palace, Al Halabi offers professional advice and has the experience and expertise to be able to provide solutions for all of your commercial kitchen needs. In Hues Boutique Hotel in Dubai, we designed and installed seven separate kitchens for different uses and cuisines, including Arabic, Russian, Indian and International. And that includes everything from A-Z, from preparation and washing areas and onto cold rooms, large ice making machines, buffet counters and other front-of-house equipment.

So whether fitting out a central kitchen, staff kitchen, food servery area, cafe or club, we will provide everything you need to make your ideas a reality.

Moreover, already supplying major brands such as Jumeirah Group, Four Points Sheraton, La Meridianand Holiday Inn, Al Halabi expects the next five years leading up to Expo 2020 to be increasingly busy. There are currently just over 430 hotels operating or near completion in Dubai, with up to 197 additional hotels to be built – that’s almost 40 a year! These will range from large luxury hotels with kitchens that produce hundreds of covers per day through to small budget hotels that may only house a cafe. Whatever the requirement, though, Al Halabi will be happy to provide a full project management service from the initial enquiry through to completion and onto service and maintenance.

Still a family-run business, Al Halabi has been built on its ability to give the right advice and service to busy catering operations, and would be delighted to provide you with further information on request.
